• Who we are. estellar.eu is published by Lienna (details in the Legal notice). By using the site you accept these terms.
• Early access only. Estellar is in development. The site presents the product and lets you join a waiting list. Joining is free and does not create a booking, guarantee availability or require any payment.
• Illustrative content. The videos and the “See how it works” demo are illustrations. The flights, prices, card numbers, booking references and boarding passes shown are fictitious; the demo does not search live fares, book or take payment.
• Waiting list and invitations. You can leave the waiting list at any time. Invitations to try early versions, including the voice playground, are at Lienna’s discretion and may be limited in number and duration. Early versions may change, contain errors or be interrupted.
• Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to access other people’s data or to disrupt the service, and no unlawful content in free-text answers.
• Intellectual property. The Estellar name, logo, texts, videos and software belong to Lienna or its licensors. Place data comes from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0).
• Liability. The site is provided as is during development. To the extent permitted by law, Lienna is not liable for indirect damage or for interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
• Personal data. How we use your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
• Changes. We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
• Law. These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the protective rules of your country of residence if you are a consumer.
